Payment

Payments for walking or sitting services are to be paid in full at the  time of booking or on our first day of service. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Cash and Check. Regardless of your method of payment, we must have a valid credit card on file at all times. Please visit our online service to enter your credit card information or call the office if you wish to pay with a credit card. If you would like to mail your payment, please make checks payable to Happy Tails, LLC and send to 4920 Atlanta Hwy, #451 Alpharetta, GA 30004.

Cancellations

24-hour notice is required. Any cancellations made after 7am on the day of a scheduled service or series of services are non-refundable. you can leave a voice message at the office prior to 7 am the day of the visit. All remaining services will be returned as a credit and can be used for future services.

Holiday Payments and Cancellations

All reservations for Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s must be paid in full at booking. Cancellations two weeks prior to first visit are 50% refundable for entire schedule and will be given as a credit that can be used for future services. Cancellations one week prior to first visit are 25% refundable for entire schedule and will be given a credit that can be used for future services. Cancellations less than one week of service are non-refundable.

Holiday Charge

Holiday charges will be time and a half per visit for the following holidays: New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

Late Night or Early Morning Visits

Visits scheduled between the hours of 10pm and 7 am are subject to an additional $5 per visit.

Same Day Service Requests

All walk or pet sitting services booked the same day as service to be received within three (3) hours to be placed on the schedule and are subject to an additional surcharge of $10 per visit. Any walk or pet sitting services booked less than three (3) hours prior are subject to an additional surcharge of $5-$10 per visit.

Key Copies

We must have two (2) working keys at the time of meet and greet or give the sitter $5 to make a copy for the office. Key drop off or pick up requests are charged one visit.
