Payment

Payments must be paid in full on the first day of service. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Cash and Check. We require a valid credit card be on file at all times. Your card will be charged on the first day of service unless you have made arrangements with the office to leave a check or cash for the sitter to pick up on the first visit.

Cancellations

Any cancellations made after 7am on the day of a scheduled visit or series of visits are non-refundable. Please leave a voice message with the office at 770-855-1569 prior to 7am the day of the visit to cancel. All remaining services will be returned as a credit and may be used for future visits.

Holiday Payments and Cancellations

Holiday reservations will be charged 48 hours in advance. Visits canceled within 48 hours of a holiday will be given as a credit towards future services, however any cancellations made after 7am on the day of a scheduled visit or series of visits are non-refundable.

Holiday Charge

Holiday charges will be time and a half per visit for the following holidays: New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Sunday and Monday of Labor Day, Thursday and Friday of Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

Same Day Service Requests

Any walk or pet sitting services booked less than three (3) hours prior to the time frame scheduled are subject to an additional surcharge of $5.

Key Copies

We must receive two (2) working keys at the time of the Meet and Greet or you will be charged $10 to make a copy for the office. Key drop off or pick up requests are charged one visit.
