How We Work

The process is very simple, and we guarantee you will feel completely at ease when your sitter leaves. You are in great hands!
- First, we will need you to register with us. Click on the green button at the top right of the site that says “New Clients.”
- After completing the registration, you will receive a phone call from our scheduling coordinator, Elizabeth, and she will get you set up for a meet-and-greet with your pet sitter on a day and time that is convenient for you both. We choose which pet sitter and back-up sitter to send to your house based on your pets needs and distance to your home. We like to keep our pet sitters close so when you need us, even if last minute, we are able to get to your furry ones as quickly as possible.
- The primary goal of the meet-and-greet is for your family and your pets to meet your pet sitter and make sure that everyone involved is comfortable. The sitter will need to get detailed instructions on things such as food, walking instructions, where kitty boxes are, medication, etc. During the Meet and Greet, you will need to provide (2) copies of your house keys. This is so your primary pet sitter and our office has a key at all times. The office key is kept in case a situation arises where the primary sitter can not get to your home and we need to send the backup sitter. This process ensures that your pets are always taken care of, even if an unforeseen event with a sitter arises.
- After your Meet and Greet with your amazing sitter, you can book visits anytime online, or call Elizabeth to set up your visits. It’s THAT easy!
